A little about me

Hello! I’m Anabella. I am a freelance illustrator and full-time designer currently based in South Carolina. After earning a degree in Illustration from Savannah College of Art and Design, I worked as a freelance illustrator specializing in children’s books and editorial illustration. While continuing illustration in the background, I have worked full-time as a graphic designer and now have 5+ years experience in the design work.

I am passionate about visual communication and creating clean yet engaging design. I enjoy ideating with clients and modernizing design systems to be successful for growth and impact. As an illustrator, I enjoy bringing ideas to life and being able to represent a diverse group of characters and stories.

Previously, I have worked with self-published authors, Capstone Publishing, Olly Olly Direct Marketing, Noggin, and small business owners. My design experience has led me to work with clients in retail, B2B, CPG, telecom, utility services, and heathcare. I enjoy a wide range of projects in both print and digital design.

When I am not designing, you can find me on a hiking trail, at a concert, or with my two cats.
